从演化视角看社会责任发展: 一个文献综述

近年来,社会责任被给予的关注度逐步提高,越来越多的企业开始将社会责任纳入公司文化和组织管理中,企业社会责任已经成为新的竞争要素。随着全球化进程的不断深入以及企业合作化趋势的不断发展,社会责任逐渐突破传统的单一企业范畴,开始向供应链上下游延伸。供应链社会责任,尤其是跨国供应链社会责任管理成为研究的主流。据此,在梳理相关文献的基础上将社会责任的发展划分为三个阶段:企业社会责任阶段(SR1.0)、供应链社会责任阶段(SR2.0)和产业集群社会责任阶段(SR3.0)。

A literature review: development of social responsibility from perspective of evolution

In recent years, the attention to social responsibility has been gradually increased. More and more companies begin to incorporate social responsibility into corporate culture and organizational management. Social responsibility has become a new competitive factor. With the deepening development of globalization and the growing trend of cooperation between companies, social responsibility is gradually extending from the traditional single-company efforts to the upstream and downstream companies of supply chains. The social responsibility of supply chain, especially in social responsibility management of cross-border supply chain, has become the study mainstream. Based on relevant literature review accordingly, the development of social responsibility is divided into three stages:corporate social responsibility stage(SR1.0), supply chain social responsibility stage(SR2.0)and industrial clusters social responsibility stage(SR3.0).
