对计划体制下我国农民职业技术教育的思考

计划经济体制下我国农民职业技术教育发展有其特殊的社会背景 ,这一时期出现了轰轰烈烈的农民技术教育运动 ,就办学形式而言 ,此阶段的农民职业技术教育呈现出鲜明的政治性、普及性、自给自足和灵活性。研究这一历史时期农民教育的特点和经验教训 ,对今天的农民职业技术教育发展具有重要的参考价值。特别是群众的广泛参与和多元化的办学途径 ,对今天的农民职业技术教育改革有多方面的启示。

Characteristics and Enl ightenment of Farmers 'Vocational Education in the Planned Economic System

An important measure to meet the challenge of China's entry to the WTO is to develop farmers' vocational education. So we should reform the present farmers' vocational education system on the base of learning successful experience and lessons from farmers' vocational education practice in China's history. This article describes four characteristics of farmers' vocational education in the planned economic system: political significance, popularization, self providing and self meeting and flexibility. It also gives some advice for the reform of farmers' vocational education.
