| 摘 要： | 本文介绍了符合现实世界的不完全信息动态博弈论的一些理论知识 ,并依据不完全信息动态“蜈蚣博弈”分析说明了实施战略联盟在理论上的可行性。以一些知名企业的成败为例 ,有必要制定有效的约束条例以保证战略联盟的维系与发展。并指出发展战略联盟应注意的一些问题

| Abstract: | This paper introduces the essential theory of the incomplete information and dynamically game which meets with the facts, and illustrates the practicability of the strategic alliance by studying the incomplete information and dynamically centipede game. It is important to apply strategic alliance and keep developing the center business of some famous corporations. This paper also points out the necessity to establish some time. It also reduces the cost for information. Some questions about the development of the strategic alliance are pointed out in this paper. |
