进口对经济增长促进作用——基于云南的实证分析

长期以来,由于理论上和实践上的偏差,出口在经济增长中的作用受到高度重视,而进口对经济增长的促进作用被低估甚至忽视,不可能客观地评价进口对经济增长的作用。尤其在当前全球金融危机的情形下,出口减少,而进口成本相对较低的形式下,研究进口对经济增长的促进作用意义尤为重大。我们利用云南省的数据分析进口对经济发展的作用,由此揭示出进口贸易对经济增长的促进作用,分析了进口在经济增长中的传导机制,并给出相应的政策建议。

The Role of Import on Economic Growth: Evidence from Yunnan Province

Because of biases in theory and practice,the role of export on economic growth is highly recognized in the long run.Meanwhile,the role of import on economic growth is underestimated or ignored.In this paper,using data from Yunnan Province we revisit the role of import on economic growth.We show that the import play a promoting role in economic growth.Finally,we analyze the transmission mechanism of import on economic growth and put forward the countermeasures.
