| Abstract: | Main causes of poor profit and low efficiency of SOEs(State-Owned Enterprises) are analyzed.It is pointed out that institution innovation of SOEs is the important basis of solving the existing problems of SOEs.Institution innovation of SOEs is discussed from the aspects of making the base of property rights explicit,adjusting the ownership structure, improving incentive mechanism and constraint mechanism,detaching the enterprises from the government,enhancing the supervision and management of SOEs,innovating the corporation culture etc. |
