论网络文化背景下的高校德育创新原则

通过对网络文化背景下高校德育工作所面临的严峻挑战分析,提出应对网络文化挑战的德育创新原则:即寓教于网,潜移默化的教育原则;强化网络意识,健全主体人格的原则;突出主体地位,满足学生内在需要的原则;树立服务意识,追求教育效果的原则。从而进一步完善高校德育工作机制,达到提高德育工作的实效性的目的。

On the Innovation Principles of Morality Education in Higher Learning Institutions under the Background of Network Culture

By analyzing the serious challenges faced by morality education in higher learning institutions under the background of cyber culture, the principles of morality education meeting with the challenges of network culture are raised.The principles are as follows: the educational principle of combining education with network and exerting a subtle influence on students' thinking;the principle of intensifying network awareness and perfecting the students' characters;the principle of fostering the subject status and meeting students' internal demands;and the principle of building up awareness of service and pursuing for the educational effects.It aims at the improvement of the morality education work mechanism in higher learning institutions,so as to have substantial results in morality education.
