| 摘 要： | 近代契约国家正义观通过批判封建社会神创国家正义理论,提出了一种国家起源于人民签订契约的新理论。这种革命的国家正义观,严重动摇了封建制度和神权统治的国家正义理论,成为西方现代国家制度的哲学基础。然而,契约国家正义观作为一种论证国家起源的抽象理论,代表着新型资产阶级的利益诉求与政治渴望,是市场经济发展到一定阶段资产阶级在政治上的理论反映。

| Abstract: | Conception of justice in modern contract nation,through criticism of creationism state theory in feudal society,proposed a new theory of the national origin and the contract signed by the people.This revolutionary theory of justice,seriously shook feudalism and theocracy theory of justice so as to establish the philosophical foundation of the modern Western state system.However,the concept of justice in contract nation,as one kind of argument of the Abstract theory of the origin of the state,represents the interests of the new bourgeois aspirations and political desire and is a politically theoretical reaction to the development of the market economy to a certain stage. |
