人民币升值的原因及对策

自2005年7月人民币汇率形成机制改革以来,人民币币值不断攀升,引发各界广泛关注,人民币升值的内部压力主要来自于持续增长的对外贸易,尤其是对美贸易的顺差,外部压力主要来自美日的政治压力。日元升值引发泡沫经济的沉痛教训依然历历在目,我国应对人民币升值的措施必须慎之又慎,首先要坚持完善人民币汇率制度,其次要坚决抵制美日的政治压力,最后人民币汇率制度的改革必须循序渐进,步步为营。

A Study on the Reasons of the Appreciation of RMB and Our Countermeasures

The value of RMB is cilmbing upward since the reform of RMB exchange rate forming mechanism from July,2005.Attention has been aroused from all circles.The internal pressure comes from the increase of foreign trade,especially from the favorable balance of Sino-America trade,and on the other hand,the external pressure comes from political press under the US and Japan.The deep feeling of grief from the collapse of bubble economy of Japan gives many countries a lecture.We should take cautious steps to carry out the following measures:Fi8rstly,RMB exchange rate forming mechanism should be perfected,secondly,the press from the US and Japan should be resisted,thirdly,the reform of RMB exchange rate forming mechanism should be effected in proper sequence,step by step.
