语法隐语和英语作文质量的相关性研究

摘    要:Halliday指出语法隐喻是书面语的核心。通过对语法隐喻和中国学习者英语作文质量关系所作的一次实证研究,可以得出以下结论:一,语法隐喻的发展是二语学习者书面语发展的重要标志之一;二,跟母语习得者一样,概念语法隐喻也是二语学习者书面语产出的核心表现;三,概念语法隐喻和语篇语法隐喻对书面语产出质量产生正面影响,此影响大于人际语法隐喻的负面影响;四,学习者尤其是低水平学习者语域意识混淆。

Abstract:Halliday pointed out Grammatical Metaphor is characteristic of written language.By conducting an empirical investigation into the correlation between GM and Chinese English majors' writing quality,conclusions can be drawn as follows: 1.The development in GM is a key predictor of EFL learners' language development;2.In light of first language acquisition,Ideational GM is a key predictor of EFL learners' written production;3.The positive influences from Ideational GM and Textual GM on written production are higher than the negative effects from Interpersonal GM;4.Chinese EFL learners,especially the lower,level learners' 'register awareness' is rather confused.
