| 摘 要： | 我国的农民工在产生背景、生存状态、政府扶持政策等方面与西方存在很大不同。借鉴西方农民向市民转化的成功经验,结合我国的实际情况,主要应从加强农民工党建工作、增加就业机会、扩大农民工的权利、改进社会保障办法等方面入手,实现我国农民向市民的平稳过渡。

| Abstract: | The Farmer laborers in China are quite different with those in Western Countries in background,living condition,support from government.Taking the successful experience of the conversion of them to residents in Western countries in reference and combining the practical situation in China,the following measures are required to be taken:strengthening the party building of farmer laborers,increasing employment opportunity,enlarging their rights and improving their social guarantee in order to realize the smooth conversion of farmer laborers to residents in China. |
