| 摘 要： | 信息网络开辟了人类新的时空隧道，掀起一场全人类信息化的思想“冲浪”，其中不乏新的机遇，也难免迷乱和冲突。加强网络信息伦理教育，提倡网民“自省”、“慎独”以及完善网民信息行为的赏罚机制，能加强“信息乐园”的道德建设。

| Abstract: | The information network opened humanity's new space and time tunnel,and it starts the surfing of thought in universe information.It contains many new opportunities as well as unavoidable confuse and conflict.To enhance the network information ethical education,advocate the introspection and the cautiousness,and perfect the rewards and punishments mechanism for net-surfers' information behaviors can improve the moral construction of information paradise. |
