| 摘 要： | 随着我国社会经济改革向纵深发展,正在形成的大中专毕业生就业难问题也正成为人们关注的热点。如何科学调控大学生劳动力市场的供给显得尤其重要。从高等教育的和谐发展、多层次职业技术教育、地区之间劳动力的平衡供给和积极参与国际劳务合作等方面提出了相应对策,对缓解正在我国形成的大学生就业难问题具有现实意义。
