| Abstract: | The thoughts of Yellow Emperor and Laozi on running a country are theoretically the precious wealth in ancient China.Especially,the ideas of doing nothing to manage state affairs and administrating the country by law or by civil and military measure have played an important role in the ruling policies in the early Xihan Dynasty.What's more,at present,they're also quite meaningful to the contemporary public management. |
