摘    要:在高等工程教育视野中,赋能意味着通过激励+成就的方式,综合运用多种教育实践手段赋予学生各方面职业能力,激励学生自身创新发展.然而,当前国内部分高校的工程专业实践中,传统的师生授受单向教育模式在激发学生学习积极性方面遇到困境,无法应对新工科建设背景下人才培养模式改革的诸多要求,更无法积极回应我国制造业对新时代人才职业能力的多方面需求.实现工程专业实践赋能教育路径,即是通过将赋能思想进行教育学转换,以实现个体对所习得专业知识的实践验证、自主思考、知行内化至自我行为的转化,从而激励学生在这一学习过程中努力做到知、行、能合一,获得从事未来工程职业的实践智慧.

Abstract:In the perspective of higher engineering education, “ empowerment” means a variety of educational practices are offered to engineering students to enhance their vocational abilities and to encourage them to develop their own innovation through the “ incentive + achievement” approach. However, in the current engineering education practice of some colleges and universities in China, the traditional one-way education model that “Teachers teach and students accept” has encountered difficulties in exciting students’ enthusiasm for learning, and cannot meet the requirements of the reform of the talent training model under the background of the construction of new engineering discipline. It failed to actively respond to the multi-faceted needs of manufacturing industry for the professional ability training of talents in China in the new era. The empowerment-oriented education path facing engineering professional practice can be realized through the pedagogical transformation of the “empowerment” thinking to manage the transformation of the individual’s practical verification, independent thinking, and internalization of knowledge of the acquired professional knowledge to self-behavior, thereby encouraging students to strive to achieve the unity of knowledge, action, and ability, and acquiring “ wisdom in practices” for future engineering careers in the learning process.
