关于树立法院权威之探讨

当前我国法院权威严重缺乏，树立法院权威也面临诸多困境：一是法院审判受权力机关、党政机关影响；二是司法腐败严重；三是法院效率低下；四是法院裁判的终局性受挑战；五是法院裁判执行难的问题。这些问题都严重影响法院权威的树立，究其原因，主要是由于观念陈旧；制度上的缺陷以及司法不独立的影响。因此，为树立起我国法院的权威必须从以下几个方面进行努力：更新观念：从意识形态上保障法院权威的树立；完善制度：从规范意义上确保法院权威树立；独立审判：建造良好司法环境以保障法院权威的树立。
