| 摘 要： | 高校实行本科学生导师制,是应对知识经济的挑战、适应学分制和高校后勤社会化的必然选择。它有利于学生教育管理工作的深化和细化;有利于学生的全面发展;有利于形成全员育人的格局;有利于优化学校内部资源配置。实行本科学生导师制要注意加强制度建设,加强导师的培训和对导师制工作的领导,要因地制宜地制订本校的实施办法,并在实践中不断加以完善。

| Abstract: | Tutorship for undergraduates in advanced education is an inevitable choice to meet the challenge of intellectual economy, to conform to the credit system and socialization of rear - service. It is of benefit to the diipening of education and management of students, to the all - rounded demelopment of students, to the forming of the all - to - be - tutor pattern and optimization of the internal resources in collee. In order to carry out tutorship fof undergraduates, it' s necessary to build the system, train the tutors and strengthen the leadership. Furthermore, means of implemintation mist be formulated accordingly and be perfected in practice. |
