| 摘 要： | 侗族社会发展长期处于落后状态之中，父权家长制度占据支配地位，并因此产生了制约女性发展的社会生产、生活的规范和禁忌。这些规范和禁忌的负面效应，严重弱化了侗族女性的社会地位，妨碍了侗族地区社会生产力的进步与提高，制约了侗族地区和谐小康社会的构建。所以，摒弃侗族习惯法中不利于女性发展的消极因素，对保护侗族女性合法权益，促进侗族地区文明建设具有积极意义。

| Abstract: | The long - term backwardness of Dong people＇s social development and the dominance of the patriarchal system have consequently brought about the norms and taboos of social production and life which have restrieted the female development. The negative effects of these norms and taboos have weakened the Dong female＇s social position, hindered the progress and increase of social productivity and restricted the construction of a harmonious and fairly comfortable society in Dong areas. Therefore rejection of the negative factors in the customary law unfavourable to female development is positively significant for protecting Dong female＇s lawful rights and promoting the civilization constrcution in Dong areas. |
