奖惩性与发展性高校教师评价方法的比较研究

摘    要:现阶段,我国高校教师评价主要存在两种方法:一种是以奖励和惩处为手段的奖励性教师评价方法,另一种是以教育、帮助和引导等方式促进教师发展的发展性教师评价方法。论文尝试从评价目的、评价内容与特点、评价结果三个方面对奖励性与发展性高校教师评价方法进行比较研究,以探讨我国高校教师评价未来发展的方向。

Abstract:At the present stage,there are mainly two methods in evaluating college teachers in our country: one is the encouragement evaluation in way of rewards and punishment,the other is progressive evaluation on teachers which is to improve teachers' development by ways of education,help and direction.From three aspects of the purpose,content and characteristics and results of the evaluation,the article attempts to do some comparative study on the systems of encouragement evaluation and progressive evaluation on teachers,so as to discuss the future developing direction of teachers' evaluation in our country
