| 摘 要： | 长期以来,人们对经济全球化存在的一个误解,认为要素的自由流动会消除地点的重要性,全球生产网络将取代产业集群化优势。然而,产业集群化趋势越来越明显。产业集群的创新机制可以概括为“轮式模型”,经济全球化下促进产业集群增长方式转变的政策可以根据“轮式模型”的机制来设计。

| Abstract: | For a long time,people have misunderstood the economy globalization.They believe that free flow of factors will eliminate the importance of the place and the global production network will replace the industry clustering's advantages.However,the trend of industry clustering has been more and more apparent.The innovation mechanism of industry clusters can be summarized as Wheel Model.Under the globalization,we can work out the policies of promoting the transformation of growth pattern of industry cluster according to the Wheel Model. |
