对妇女阶段性就业制度的思考 —北京市和台湾地区妇女在业人口特点比较

通过对北京市和台湾地区妇女劳动力人口结构的就业比例、产业分布、就业年龄、职业生涯长短、文化素质、妇女阶段性就业制度的影响等方面的比较和分析,提出了未来的妇女劳动力人口结构的变化和妇女再就业制度方面的对策和建议,即从法律上保证男女平等参与的工作制度、建立社会补偿的生育保险制度和社会保障机制、发展和完善妇女职业培训和专业技术教育.

Reflection on the Compartmentalized Female Employment System--Comparison on the Female Employment Features in Beijing and Taiwan

Based on the comparison and analysis on the female labor structures about the employment rate, industry distribution, employment age, length of the career, cultural quality, effects of the Compartmentalized Female Employment System in Beijing and Taiwan, this paper put forward some suggestions about future changes on female labor structure and re-employment system, they are: ensuring the equal employment system both for male and female at legal level, setting up a social system for social bearing insurance and social security, developing and perfecting female employment training and special technological training.
