| 摘 要： | 卡尔·波普尔不仅是一位科学(自然科学)哲学家,而且是一位社会科学(技术)哲学家.波普尔从"封闭社会"向"开放社会"转化视角提出"逐步的社会工程"理论;从社会科学"有限理性"视角提出"社会技术"范畴,并把"社会技术"视为"政治的科学基础";从社会本体的主体际性视角分析了"社会技术"(社会工程)与"物理技术"(物理工程)的关系.

| Abstract: | Karl Popper is not only a philosopher of science (natural sciences), but also a philosopher of social sciences (technology). Popper transformed the visual angle and put forward the theory of "progressive social engineering" to "open society" from "the closed society". From the visual angle, he proposes "social technology" category, regards "scientific foundation of politics" as "social technology" from social science's "limited reason". He analyzed the relationship between "physics technology" (physics project ) and "social technology" (social engineering ) from the angle of the subject border of the social noumenon. |
