河南省高新技术产业化发展的问题及对策

目前,河南已初步形成了以新材料、电子信息、生物工程、新能源为主的高新技术产业,并取得了可喜的成就,但仍存在诸如缺乏国际化合作的构想与实践、研究开发力量薄弱、资金投入不足、科研成果转化率低等问题。因此,应从政、产、学、研的合作,人才的培养,资金的投入,技术创新和科研成果的转化等方面,建立新的运行机制,以促进河南高新技术产业化的快速、健康发展。

The problems and corresponding measures in the industrialization of high-tech in Henan Province

The high-tech industries in the fields of new materials,electronic information,biological projects and new energy have beenestablished in Henan Province and great achievements have been made. But problems still existed such as lack of objective and practiceof international cooperation,weakness of research strength, inadequateness of capital inputed ,the aslowness of science and researchtransformation etc. .Therefore, in order to promote the quick and healthy development of the industrialization of high-tech in HenanProvince, new operating mechanisms should be established in the aspects of the cooperation among government agencies,industries,universities and research institutes, talent development, the capital input, technological innovation and the transformation of scienceand technology.
