道德的制度与不道德的人——以安徽高校内部治理为例

制度与道德之间具有内在的联系,制度的道德属性是制度的内在本质属性。在当前中国的大学治理中,制度的伦理向度虽未得到充分彰显,但这些制度多多少少都涵盖了一定的道德因素,多多少少都能体现公平正义的民主精神。人类社会的生活史表明,人性恶的一面使得大学治理中不道德的人客观存在,他们在行使权力的过程中会根据自身利益的需要扭曲甚至异化这些道德的制度,使得制度的执行效果大打折扣,道德的制度最终化为废纸一堆。因此,循德性的方向执行制度,力避“制度悬置”与“制度逆变”,积累道德资本,发挥道德影响力是改善大学治理,提升大学治理绩效的必由之路。

Moral Systems and Immoral Men -A Case of University Governance in Anhui Province

Systems and morality has intrinsic connections. Moral attributes of systems is its intrinsic essential attributes. Now ,in the university governance in China, moral dimension of the systems is not reflected completely, but the systems contain moral factors to some extend at least ,reflect democratic spirits on equality and justice to some extend at least. Human history indicate that evil side of human nature makes immoral man exsits objectively in the university governance. The dortuosity and even heterization of these moral systems always happens during the course of power execution according to these immoral men＇s own interest ,this makes the implementation effect of systems discounted greatly, and finally make these moral systems become waste papers. So, it is the inevitable way for us to improve university governance and promote performance of university governance that we should execute systems directed by moral, avoid＂systems abeyance＇and ＂systems contravariant＇, develop moral capital, make full use of moral influence.
