| 摘 要： | 我国石油进口量不断攀升,而国际油价大幅波动,近两年国际油价曾一路上涨。因此,保障我国石油供应安全非常重要,应建立有中国特色的石油安全战略;提高石油利用率,实行节能政策;实现能源多元化;调整交通运输政策;建立石油期货市场,规避国际石油价格风险;加强亚洲国家在石油领域的合作。

| Abstract: | The amount of imported oil is moving upward continuously while the international price of oil changes greatly.The international price of oil had been increased in recent years.Ensuring the security of oil supply in China is very important,so the strategy for the safety of oil with Chinese characteristics should be established,including several aspects as following: Improving the using efficiency of oil;realizing the pluralism of energy resources;rearranging the policy of transportation;establishing the oil stock market to elude the risk of international price of oil;and strengthening the collaboration of Asia in the realm of oil. |
