| Abstract: | Based on the niche advantage and resource endowment of Guangxi, the author analyzes the strategic task of Guagnxi in taking part in building ＂One Belt and One Road＂, and provides measures for a joint development of the ＂21st Century Maritime Silk Road＂. Such development is reckoned to be helpful in strengthening Guangxi＇s service and communication functions as well as in promoting its strategic significance in Southeast Asia. |
