| 摘 要： | 2009年是我国十一五规划完成各项节能减排经济指标的关键之年,文章作者在认真分析的基础上,从强化对节能减排重要性和紧迫性的再认识、建立健全节能减排的法制环境建设、加快形成有利于节能减排的发展模式、电力设备行业形成我国节能减排的生力军等四方面进研究和阐述,可供政府部门、研究学者、企业人士等参考和借鉴。

| Abstract: | 2009 is a Key year in China's eleventh Five-Year Plan to complete the energy-saving emission reduction.The author of this article,after a careful analysis based on energy-saving emission reduction,suggests that people should deepen our awareness of its importance and urgency,establish a sound legal environment for energy-saving emission reduction building,and speed up the formation of energy-saving emission reduction mode. |
