| 摘 要： | 高等学校既是社会大环境的有机组成部分,也要消耗大量的能源与资源。建设＂两型＂校园是高校实现科学发展、达到功能最大化得必然要求,有利于促进学生的全面发展和高校培养目标的完成。建设两型＂高校校园,必须以＂和谐＂为基础,以＂节约＂与＂友好’为核心,立足现实、科学规划、措施有力、方法得当、落到实处。
