高校图书馆民主管理论析

民主是在一定的制度保障下,使人能够充分地表达他的意愿、要求和行动指向,实现其个人选择与行动的权利。民主管理是图书馆发展、实行人本管理、实现人文服务的需要。高校图书馆在实施民主管理过程中,应坚持法治、平等、分权原则,建立民主管理制度、健全民主管理机构、创建民主和谐环境,将民主贯穿于日常管理始终。

Democracy,in a certain system security,enables people to fully express their wishes,requirements and action orientation,achieves the rights of individual option and action.Democratic management is essential for library development,implementing humanistic management and realizing humanistic service.In the process of carrying out democratic management,the college and university library should adhere to principles of rule of law,equality,establish democratic management system,improve democratic management organization,create democracy harmonious environment and carry democracy throughout the daily management as well.
