| 摘 要： | 由可持续性循环经济解决的现实问题入手,通过对循环经济的研究现状分析,得出发展区域生态农业循环经济要坚持3R原则,并要坚持因地制宜、整体性协调、生物共存互利等原则,在农产品生产层次中推行清洁生产,在农业的生态产业链中各产业部门之间,要形成在质上相互依存、相互制约的关系,在量上按一定比例组成的有机体。

| Abstract: | From the pointview of practice issues settled by resource circle economy(RCC),based on the study of the theory of RCC,this paper proposed the points in regional agricultures as follows: the principle of 3R(Reduce,Reuse and Recurrence),on harmony,coexistence and mutual benefit within biology species should be insisted on in the development course of eco-agriculture.Cleaning production should be encouraged in the primary products processing;the different departments along the eco-agriculture industry line should be an integration in which they depend on others,restrict to others and distribute resonably in quantity. |
