扩大安徽省就业的路径分析

针对安徽省就业的严重形势,论证分析了如下对策：实行更为积极的财政支持和货币支持的创业、就业政策,加大教育投入、全面开发人力资源,城乡劳动力管理从二元分治向一元协调转变等制度创新,促进农民工市民化、技能化和智能化,加快城镇化进程;向国内外开放,创造有利于扩大创业、就业的安徽环境;调整结构,发展第三产业;工业化从孤军深入向以科技为支撑的产业聚集带动转变。
