人口老龄化背景下农村养老保障问题研究

党和政府乃至整个社会历来都比较重视农村问题,在人口老龄化背景下,农村社会养老保障问题已经成为社会普遍关注的焦点。构建农村社会养老保障体系,完善农村社会养老保障制度,是统筹社会发展、促进社会和谐、提高农民生活水平和全面建设小康社会的重大举措。文章具体分析了我国人口老龄化的现状与发展趋势、农村社会养老保障的现状及存在的主要问题,并据此提出了完善人口老龄化背景下我国农村养老保障的具体对策。
