| 摘 要： | 针对物业收费纠纷的法律问题进行论述。首先分析了物业收费难的形成原因,然后对物业收费纠纷的法律解决提出具体的对策,并提出应当完善相应的法律程序,即从实体与程序两方面解决物业收费法律纠纷,进而促进物业服务行业的健康发展。

| Abstract: | In view of the legal problems of the dispute in the property charges, the analysis is first given to the forming causes of the difficult property charges. Then some specific countermeasures are proposed so as to solve the issue of property charges legally. Meanwhile, it is suggested that the corresponding legal sequences should be perfected, in other words, the dispute of property charges should be solved from the aspects of the entity and sequence. Its purpose is to promote the healthy development of property service industry. |
