安徽省可持续发展实验区建设分类评价研究

实验区作为可持续发展理论和政策的前瞻性实验基地,试图通过解决地方和区域发展中存在的共性和难点问题,探索发展的合理途径。针对安徽省经济社会发展水平,突破传统的评价指标体系组成,建立安徽省可持续发展实验区评价指标体系,运用主成分分析和聚类分析的手段,根据实验区数据本身的结构特征对实验区进行分类。指出安徽省16个地市坚持可持续发展实验区道路的相似性和差异性,研究得出合理的实验区分类标准和分类数量,为安徽省可持续发展实验区发展水平及未来发展方向与对策给出整体认识,为实验区建设提供理论依据。

A Classified Evaluation of the Sustainable Development Experimental Zones in Anhui Province

As the prospective experimental base of sustainable development theory and policy,sustainable development experimental zone is engaged in exploring reasonable development route through resolving the universal and difficult problems in local and regional development.In this paper,the evaluation index system for sustainable development experimental zone of Anhui Province was built. The evaluation index system is different from the traditional ones in its constitution.The aim of the paper is to make classification for 16cities in Anhui Province by principal component analysis and cluster analysis on the basis of the evaluation index data.Similarities and differences of the 16cities’ development were investigated.The development and perspective of sustainable experimental zone of Anhui Province was also outlined.
