加强私营企业党的建设 巩固党的执政基础

私营企业是社会主义市场经济条件下新兴的生产力代表,为当代中国经济社会发展做出了巨大贡献。但现阶段私营企业内部党组织的建设工作与私营企业的迅速发展不相适应,存在很多发展问题,加强私营企业的党建就成了企业当前所面临的重要任务。中国共产党作为执政党要不断巩固和扩大自己的阶级基础和群众基础,就要从当代中国社会的各个层面广泛获得政治资源,加强私营企业的党建工作,促进社会经济进一步稳定发展,进而巩固自己的执政位。

Abstract: Privately-run enterprises are the new productive forces under the condition of socialist market economy, making tremendous contributions to the contemporary economic and social development in China. However, the interior Party building of privately-run enterprise is not matching their vapid developments, with many problems; therefore, enhancing the Party Building of privately-run enterprises becomes the most significant task of them. CPC, as the ruling party, need to widely acquire political resources from all levels of the society in China, enhance the Party building of privately-run enterprises, to constantly consolidate and enlarge its class basis and mass base, to promote the further development of society and economy, and consolidate its ruling status.
