| 摘 要： | 本文试图从建构主义视角分析印度与国际核机制的互动关系以及演变进程。多年来，印度虽然没有完全游离于国际社会防止大规模杀伤性武器活动之外，但对国际核机制采取排斥态度，其深层原因是源于印度国家身份定位以及由此形成的利益界定。未来与国际核机制的互动关系能否发生根本改变取决于印度自我定位或他者认可的改变。

| Abstract: | This paper attempts to develop a constructivist view of India＇ s inter- actions and evolving relationship with international nuclear agencies. For years, while India never completely withdrew from international actions aimed at preventing weapons of mass destruction, it has remained distant from international nuclear agencies. The deeper reason for this is found in India＇ s self - identity as a state and the related way in which it defines its interests. Whether India＇ s rela-tionship with international nuclear agencies will fundamentally change depends on change in India＇s self- identity and self-recognition. |
