关于执政成本问题的若干思考

文章分析了当前研究执政成本问题的必要性和重要性,指出我国执政成本过高是由于执政者缺乏强烈的执政成本意识、体制与机制不健全和政绩评价考核体系不科学,同时,提出了降低执政成本、提高执政效果必须强化执政成本意识、克服形式主义与官僚主义作风、建立执政活动的成本运作和检验机制以及建立科学的政绩考核评价体系等若干对策.

Some reflections on ruling cost

Ruling cost is a problem that the ruling Party should attach great importance to.This article analyzes the importance and the necessity of the current research about these problems.The article then points out that the excessive ruling cost in China owes to the lack of strong awareness of ruling cost,imperfect mechanism and ineffective performance appraisal.In order to solve these problems the article proposes that it is absolutely necessary to raise the awareness of ruling cost,overcome formalism and bureaucratic style of work,establish cost operation and inspection mechanism and set up a scientific system of exam and appraisal for the performance.
