| 摘 要： | 人格权请求权是基于人格权产生的,以回复人格权的圆满支配状态为目的的独立请求权,不是人格权效力的直接体现。人格权请求权行使的内容包括权利行使的一般条件和方式。人格权请求权制度的立法价值体现在弘扬民法精神、健全民法权利体系、完善人格权立法体例等方面。
