| Abstract: | Bring people′s initiatives into full play is an important task of ideological and political work. The motivation theories in behavioral science include: needs theory, expectation theory, motivation and hygiene factor theory, fairness and equality theory and job enrichment theory and so on. Bringing the people′s initiatives into full play by social psychology is a new way to broaden the ideological and political work. |
