高等学校二级学院文化建设探索与实践——以河南理工大学材料科学与工程学院为例

高校二级学院文化是大学文化的重要组成部分，是学院发展的灵魂和动力。学院文化建设影响着大学文化建设的进程、方向、活力和效果。加强学院文化建设，有利于实施文化兴校战略，有利于增强办学软实力，有利于提高人才培养水平和管理水平，有利于推动学院发展。本文以河南理工大学材料科学与工程学院为例，从精神文化、制度文化、环境文化和行为文化等方面探究二级学院文化建设的内涵与途径。

Exploration and Practice of Colleges＇ Culture Construction A Case Study of Materials Science and Engineering School in Henan Polytechnic University

College culture is an important part of university culture, the soul and drive of its development. Culture construction of a college, with its particular characteristics, has a significant effect on the process, direction, vigor and result of a universitys culture construction. Strengthening the culture construction of a college is conducive to implementing the strategy of development relying on culture, enhancing a university＇ s soft power, improving the level of talent cultivation and management, and promoting the college＇ s development. Taking School of Materials Science and Engineering of Henan Polytechnic U- niversity as an example, this paper explores the connotation and means of colleges＇ culture construction from the perspectives of spiritual culture, institutional culture, environmental culture and behavior culture.
