高校后勤服务育人的学生感知度研究

高校后勤是高校实现全面育人的重要阵地，也是容易被忽视的教育阵地。文章从环境育人、行为育人、品格育人以及学生认知4个维度对357名在校大学生进行问卷调查，分析当前大学生对高校后勤服务育人的感知程度。结果表明：大学生对高校后勤校园环境建设感知度较高，对休闲娱乐及餐饮医疗感知度较低；对监督教育感知度较高，对行为规范及交流沟通感知度较低；对助人意识感知度较高，对责任意识和自我意识感知度较低；对校园环境的作用感知度较高，对后勤工作的育人属性感知度较低。因此，建议高校及高校后勤要转变服务育人观念，优化服务育人环境，拓展服务育人沟通渠道，提升服务育人队伍素质。

Research on Student Perception of Service and Education of University Logistics

Although university logistics plays an important role in the development of university education ,it tends to be easily ignored .T he paper examines university student perception of service and education of univer-sity logistics based on questionnaire survey of 357 students from four dimensions of environment-education ,be-havior-education ,character-education , and student cognition . T he results show that college students have higher evaluation of the construction of campus environment than that of entertainment ,dining and medical service ,higher evaluation of supervision education than that of behavioral norms and communication ,and high-er evaluation of consciousness of help others than that of responsibility sense and self-awareness ;while they have higher evaluation of the function of campus environment than that of education characteristics of university logistics .It is suggested that collective consciousness of service and education should be enhanced ,service envi-ronment be optimized ,communication channels be enriched ,and the team＆#39;s quality be improved .
