| 摘 要： | 长期以来,法学案例教学法在我国存在的问题没有受到足够重视。本文通过介绍以美国为代表的国外法学案例教学法的背景和特点,在分析我国法学专业案例教学法存在的问题的基础上,提出如何借鉴国外案例教学法来完善我国的法学实践教学。

| Abstract: | Since long ago,the problem of legal case teaching method existing in our country has not been paid more attention to.Taking America as the example,this paper introduces the background of legal case teaching method abroad.On the basis of analyzing the problem of our country's legal specialized case teaching method,it proposes some suggestions on how to use the overseas case teaching method for reference to consummate our country's legal practice teaching. |
