大学文化引领职能的哲学思考

大学职能是伴随着科学技术进步和社会生产力发展而不断丰富与日益完善起来的。从历史上看，它依次经历了人才培养、科学研究、社会服务3个发展阶段。在全球化语境下的今天，伴随着东西方文化交流、交融、交锋的日益频繁，特别是我国先进文化的繁荣与发展，大学已不仅是社会文化进步与发展的晴雨表，而且担负着弘扬和引领社会先进文化的历史使命。大学的文化传承创新职能是人类社会进步与发展的必然结果，在先进文化发展过程中具有无可替代的重要作用。

Philosophical reflection on leading function of university culture

The function of university has been enriching and perfecting gradually with the development of science and technology and social productivity.From perspective of history,it experiences three development stages of talent cultivation,scientific research and social service.Under the global circumstance nowadays,with more and more frequent communication,blend and contradiction of the East and the West cultures,especially with the flourish and development of advanced culture in China,universities not only are the weatherglass of social and cultural progress and development,but also undertake the historical mission of developing,expanding and leading advanced social culture.The cultural inheritance and innovation function of university is an inevitable fruit of progress and development of human society,which has an irreplaceable important effect during the developing process of advanced culture.
