基于产业联动的区域经济协作机制研究——以沈阳经济区为例

研究经济区内各城市的协调发展，对于提升经济区的综合竞争力具有重要意义，而推动区域内产业联动则是协调区域经济发展的重要途径之一。选取2009年三大产业的相关数据，分析经济区内各城市的产业结构相似系数、产业结构关联度及各城市19个产业的关联度，得出沈阳经济区8个城市的产业关联度较高、产业合作性大于竞争性的结论。据此提出构建区域经济协作机制的路径，以提升区域经济发展的整体竞争力。

Research on mechanism of regional economic cooperation based on industry linkage:a case in Shenyang Economic Zone

To research the coordinated development of cities in the Shenyang Economic Zone is of great significance for promoting the comprehensive competitiveness of it,while promoting concerted activity of the regional industries is an important way to coordinate regional economic development.The data of three key industries in 2009 are selected to analyze the industrial structure similarity coefficient,the industrial structure correlation degree,and the correlation degree of 19 industries in each of the cities in the Economic Zone.Conclusions are that the industrial correlation degree of the 8 cities is high,and the industrial cooperativeness is more significant than competitiveness in Shenyang Economic Zone.The path of constructing mechanism of regional economic cooperation is proposed accordingly,in order to promote the total competitiveness of regional economic development.
