惩治食品安全犯罪研究——兼论受害人的赔偿救济

食品安全问题已经引起了社会的普遍关注，必须以刑事法律为武器，依法惩治食品安全犯罪，保障人民生命健康和社会经济稳定。从分析我国打击食品安全犯罪的现实状况入手，阐释惩治食品安全犯罪的刑事立法及司法适用的相关问题，并提出遏制食品安全犯罪的措施：加大行政执法和责任追究力度，严厉打击食品安全渎职犯罪，加强食品安全宣传工作，促进受害者索赔。

Research on punishment of food security crime:concurrently on compensation remedy of victims

Food security problems are widely concerned by the whole society.The criminal law must be taken as a weapon,and the food security crime must be punished according to law,in order to protect the health of people and the stability of society and economy.Based on analyzing the status quo of cracking down food security crime in China,related issues of criminal law legislation and judicial application of punishing food security crime are demostrated,and countermeasures of containing food security crime are proposed,namely,to enhance administrative law enforcement and responsibility assigning mechanism,to strictly crack down malpractice crime of food security,to enhance propaganda of food security,and to promote claim for compensation of victims.
