辽宁装备制造业重大技术装备自主化体系研究

为促进辽宁加快构建装备制造业重大技术装备自主化体系、增强自主创新能力、开发具有自主知识产权的核心技术，从重大技术装备和自主化的相关概念出发，分析辽宁装备制造业重大技术装备自主化存在的问题，确定辽宁装备制造业重大技术装备自主化的目标、定位与组织机构，研究辽宁装备制造业重大技术装备自主化体系的构成要素，并给出辽宁装备制造业重大技术装备自主化体系的运行方式。

Research on initiative system of key technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province

In order to promote the construction of initiative system of major technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province,to enhance the independent innovation capability,and to develop the core technology with independent intellectual property rights,the exsiting problems of independence of major technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are analyzed based on related connotations of major technical equipment and independence.The goal,orientation and organization of independence of major technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are defined,the composing elements of initiative system of major technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province are studied,and the operation mode of independence system of major technical equipment of equipment manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province is proposed.
