| 摘 要： | 20世纪90年代以来经济全球化迅猛发展,国家主权受到前所未有的巨大挑战,有关国家主权问题的争论也日趋激烈。在经济全球化时代,国家的作用非但未削弱,相反还日益突出。应该随着时代的进步而更新主权观念。必须具体分析经济全球化对国家主权提出的挑战,并从中探索从容应对的策略。

| Abstract: | Since 90's in 20th century, as the economic globalization developed greatly, the national sovereignty has been challenged unprecedentedly. Simultaneously the dispute on the problem of national sovereignty is more and more heated. This paper analyses the challenge to national sovereignty brought by economic globalization and the way to deal with it. |
