| 摘 要： | 传统的高校信访工作以解决师生反映的问题为主,而新时期高校信访工作从内容到形式都发生了重大变化,呈现出跟以往不同的许多特点。新时期高校信访工作应当变"等信坐访"为"主动出击",从"善政"向"善治"转变,不断创新信访工作的途径、方式和工作机制,提高信访工作的成效,把信访工作看成联络师生感情的融合剂,构建和谐校园的发酵剂,推动学校事业发展的助推器。
