| Abstract: | Based on an investigation, the thesis points out that the peasantry labors＇ wish to settle in cities are not very strong while the large scale of peasants labor are moving to cities, which reflects that there are multiple factors impacting on the decision for settlement of peasantry labors. The higher expec- tation to in come in cities is the direct reason that attracts peasants, but the decision for settlement of peasants into cities is also restricted by the social, cultural, psychological, and personal factors. The thesis analyzes the inner mechanism which induces the peasantry labor to settle in cities. |
