| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济发展和消费模式演变,流通产业链条的主导权逐步实现了向零售业的转移。流通企业为了追求更高的效率,把流通产业链从国内延伸到国际。伴随着信息和金融等技术的发展,非面对面的市场交易行为逐渐盛行起来,这是一种新时代的流通创新。我国在现代流通产业形态上并不落后,但在产业效率上存在一定问题。流通业未来的发展目标,应同国家经济发展规划形成良好的互动,并在产业政策上作出长远的规划,以保障流通业健康有序地发展。
