| 摘 要： | 制度建设是中国共产党的建设的重要内容。完善的制度是党的先进性的重要体现，也是党的先进性的可靠保证。改革开放以来，党致力于制度创新和制度建设，形成了一整套以党章为核心的党的制度法规体系，在党的建设中发挥着重要作用，但与新形势、新任务相比，与先进性建设的要求相比，当前党的制度建设还存在一些问题，加强制度建设仍然是一项十分重要而紧迫的任务。 |

| Abstract: | The system construction is the important contents of construction of Party.The perfect system is the important body of forerunner of Party now,is also dependable assurance of forerunner of the Party.The reform opens,the Party concentrates on system innovation and system construction,becoming one whole set to take Party chapter as the Party of core of system laws system,in the construction of the Party exertive emphasize to want a function,but with new the situation,new appointee must compare,constucting with forerunner of the request compare,at present the system of the Party the construction still exists some problems,strengthening system construction still is a very important but urgent mission. |
